Lilian Ibelegbu
Lilian Ibelegbu is a qualified legal professional with experience in family law, litigation, and corporate practice. She has represented clients in custody, access, child protection, and support proceedings. She has a strong background in legal drafting, research, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
Before joining our firm, Lilian practiced in Canada and Nigeria, where she gained experience in family law, immigration, labour, and corporate matters. She has also worked as a legal assistant and court reporter, which has given her a well-rounded perspective on both litigation and client support.
Lilian holds an LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, a BL from the Nigeria Law School, and an LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is a member of both the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the Nigerian Bar.
Outside of law, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her loved ones.
