Olukayode Majekodunmi

Olukayode (Kayode) Majekodunmi is an accomplished lawyer with over a decade of experience in commercial law, human rights advocacy, and contract administration. He holds advanced degrees in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated cum laude. Licensed with both the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Nigerian Bar, Olukayode has extensive experience across the public and private sectors, as well as in civil society organizations.

He has worked on corporate transactions, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), leading impactful projects with Sub-Saharan organizations focused on anti-corruption and accountability for gross human rights violations.

His current practice areas include corporate commercial law, property law, wills and estates, criminal law, and immigration law.
